The FCS Green Award for Small Business is won by Excel Telecom Ltd
FCS is please to announce Excel Telecom Ltd as winner of the 2010 FCS Green Award for Small Business
Martin Giddens, Quality and Environmental Manager of award sponsor Inturn Trading Ltd presented the trophy to John Ledingham-Smith, Managing Director of Excel Telecom Limited who said, “We are absolutely delighted to receive this recognition from the FCS. The Excel Telecom Limited approach to business reflects the interests and concerns of our customers, who have been actively engaged in helping to shape our policy of minimising our environmental impact. The ‘Small Business’ award is open to companies with up to 49 employees and all entrants showed a high appreciation of the impacts their businesses have on the environment. This is the first vital step on the road to a sustainable future.”

The FCS Green Award was first made in 2009 in two categories. For 2010 it has been split into two seperate awards, one for Large Businesses (companies with 50+ employees) and one for Small Businesses (with 49 or fewer employees).
