Thank you for your interest in joining the FCS Installer Training and Accreditation Scheme.

The application form can be downloaded by 'clicking' on the image below.

Please simply complete the form and return it to FCS with the supplementary documentation requested and a cheque for the first month of membership (£20 plus vat).

Once the completed application form and cheque are received, FCS will send you a 'Standing Order' form to complete and return (this is in respect of future membership payments).

Once the completed 'Standing Order' form is received by FCS we will acknowledge your application and acceptance into membership*, register you with our training partner - the Mobile Electronics & Security Federation (MESF), add you to the FITAS register on the FCS website and forward you the member handbook.

You will be contacted shortly thereafter by the MESF who will supply you with the appropriate materials for the first training module.
