The Fixed Service Providers group (FSPA) is the representative body for Service Providers and resellers of fixed telephony services including Wholesale Line Rental (WLR), calls packages and broadband. FSPA and its predecessor CAIG have been representing fixed service providers since 2000. FSPA became a member group within the FCS in July 2004.
The Fixed Service Providers group is chaired by Ash Potter, independent consultant and Sam Dawkins of Club Communications
Membership is open to companies that are, or are seeking to become, providers of Wholesale Line Rental and other fixed line or their suppliers. The Fixed Service providers group is a membership group within FCS. In addition to participating in FSPA, members of FCS may join other groups relevant to their companies such as the Association of Communication Service Providers and the FCS Numbering and VoIP Groups.
