  • Engage with Openreach on product strategy, contractual arrangements and service delivery for WLR
  • Engage with BT Wholesale on issues related to calls and broadband
  • Engage with relevant parts of BT on other issues (compliance, directories etc.)
  • Promote the interests of members to Government and regulators
  • Ensure that there is a fair, open and competitive environment
  • Promote best practice and relevant standards
  • Provide a forum for discussion of key issues
  • Seek to open up related business opportunities
  • Liaise with other technical and representative bodies
  • Seek to enhance the quality of service to the end user
