The Mobile 200 Group is formed of the
WT Act licensees that successfully bid for spectrum at 1781.7 – 1785 MHz paired with 1876.7 – 1880 MHz band in May 2006. The licensees are required to an Engineering Co-ordination Code of Practice.
The group is chaired by an independent chairman, Oliver Wheaton
