Issues which the group is currently focusing on include the following:
- Assist members to enter the market and provide services for their customers
- Assist with the interpretation and implementation of the forthcoming Ofcom statement on regulation of VoIP services
- Secure appropriate number porting arrangements for users and providers of VoIP services
- Secure the provision of naked DSL by supporting Openreach’s delivery of Broadband Line Access
- Develop and promote standards for voice quality broadband
