To Register: Visit INCA's website. Discounted tickets available for INCA members.
Using a range of targeted interventions, the LFFN aims to support the deployment of Full Fibre networks in rural and urban locations. How do the interventions work, what is best for your area, and how can you best present your case?
Wave 3 is expected to be strongly contended, with bids from across the UK. This event brings together successful projects from Wave 1 and 2 to share their experience and understanding of the current best practice in stimulating investment and deployment of gigabit networks. We also look at how these fibre networks complement 5G and associated funding opportunities.
Many Local Authorities are now involved in DCMS projects to support the development of Full Fibre Networks and 5G and the Government still has funding available for a new wave of projects. Join us in Liverpool to gain an understanding about the projects that have already been supported and what impact they will have on their communities. We will also look at the scope for further funding with presentations from DCMS and how Full Fibre and 5G projects complement one another. This is not a technical workshop – but it will give policymakers and regeneration officers a key insight into how position your organisation to win additional funding.
The event is open to all, and provides an opportunity for local bodies to meet with suppliers, DCMS and expert advisors to help develop their projects.
