The FCS VoIP Group was set up in April 2006 to represent and support companies delivering or seeking to deliver VoIP services to businesses and the residential markets. The group provides a collective view into Ofcom on the regulation of this market.
The group aims to be inclusive but the focus is on business to business services and on providing business class services with enhanced functionality rather than cheap calls.
The VoIP Group is chaired by Dave Dadds of Vanilla IP, supported by Deputy Chair, Steve Bieniek of VoIP Unlimited
Membership is open to companies that are, or are seeking to become, VoIP service providers or resellers or their suppliers. The VoIP Group is a membership group within FCS. Members of FCS may join the VoIP group as well as other Groups relevant to their companies such as the Fixed Service Provider Association, the Association of Communication Service Providers and the Numbering Group
If you are interested in joining the FCS VoIP Group or would like further information about the group’s activities or any of the issues above, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
