Discontinuation of Vodafone Paging

Posted on 26/02/2018

As you may well be aware, the Vodafone paging service is being discontinued in March. It can be expected that at least some, if not all of the current users of the Vodafone service will want to continue using their services or obtain services that are very similar.

Some members may already provide paging or paging-like services to their customers. Therefore, it is proposed to have a listing of FCS BR members who provide paging or paging-like services available on the FCS website so potential customers can find those members easily.

If you would like to have your company listed on a simple listing document (listed alphabetically by Post Code) as being a supplier of paging services, please can you confirm this to tcull@fcs.org.uk. The list will be placed on the FCS website during the second half of March.

The proposed listing will be what you send me and needs to provide the following details:

Company name

Contact telephone number for paging services

Full web-site URL for relevant pages

Contact email number for paging services

A 100-word text entry into the list that provides information on the services you provide

If you have any questions or would like to discuss this matter further, please contact me directly.
