FCS Code of Practice Service: Ofcom Links

Posted on 17/12/2018

You will be aware that in order to comply with Ofcom’s general conditions you have been required to include a link to GC22 “Service migrations and home moves” and GC23 “Sales and Marketing of Mobile Telephony Services”.

As a result of Ofcom’s revisions of the General Conditions which came into force in October this year, the new conditions are called C7 “Switching” and C8 “Sales and marketing of mobile communication services”.  A link is still required, the content is not significantly different.
