Ofcom publishes revised General Conditions of Entitlement

Ofcom has recently undertaken a full review of the General Conditions. This process began in May 2016 and included two consultations which covered all the conditions between them. FCS were invited to input ideas before the start of the formal consultation period and we are pleased to see that the vast majority of our suggestions have been incorporated.

On 19 September, Ofcom published the final version of the revised conditions, which will come into effect on  1 October 2018.
