Ofcom published research carried out into SME’s experience of communication services: landline, internet and mobile last week. Although Ofcom concludes that the “vast majority” (82%) felt their business needs were well catered for, it is interesting to note that over a quarter were variously dissatisfied with landline value for money, internet reliability and geographic coverage and mobile reliability of signal and geographic coverage.
They also note that the majority of respondents had ADSL and that satisfaction with this was lower than for all other forms of fixed broadband.
