DESCRIPTION:2026 will be another very busy year in telecoms as we move nearer to the end game of the digital switchover\, business switching becomes a reality\, Ofcom continues to focus on compliance and customers look for innovative ways to use technology to grow. \nNow is the time to ask the question\, “Is your business ready for 2026?”. \nTo help you answer this\, the FCS is running an exciting virtual session on Wednesday 24th November 2-4pm packed with up-to-date information and ideas from leading industry experts. The event is open to everyone\, FCS members and non-members alike and is a must attend session for all CSPs/MSPs/resellers who want to keep ahead of the competition and on top of regulatory changes. \nBrief details of the sessions are given below: \nAgenda\nExpert Panel Session on key trends: Experts across the industry\, including from Ofcom\, BIST and different areas in the supply chain will come together to discuss key trends and give their view on how they see the market developing. \nBusiness Switching: The very latest on Switching for Business (SfB) as it is now branded\, including the new Process\, the webpage\, key issues status documentation\, FAQs and the latest industry briefing. Just what CPs and MSPs need to understand about complying with Ofcom Switching regulation. \nContracts: The contracts you have with your customers are important\, but so are the contracts you have with your suppliers\, and it is important that you comply fully with Ofcom regulation.
