FCS Responds to Ofcom's consultation on its annual plan of work
FCS has responded to Ofcom's latest consultation on its proposed plan of work for 2021/22.
The FCS response raises concerns around Ofcom's oversight of the UK migration to All IP (and, specifically, the need to protect competition and diversity of provision) and, also, notes the growing need for a national database to support number management and number porting.
In the Spectrum arena, FCS highlights issues around the management of interference and streamlining licence applications.
