FCS has today sent a letter to Clive Selley, CEO of Openreach, setting out our concerns about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the communications industry and its customers, and propose, at a high level, possible ways forward to mitigate potential harm to both providers and end users. Similar letters have been sent to Ofcom and the UK Government.
