Ofcom publishes WLA and Openreach QoS Statements

On Friday Ofcom published its Wholesale Local Access Statement, accompanied by a Statement on Quality of Service Remedies to be applied to Openreach for WLR, MPF and GEA.

The WLA statements consists of 3 volumes amounting to around 630 pages, with 33 annexes and the QoS statement is 376 pages, all of which we are busy reading! What follows is a high level view of what the documents contain and the possible impacts for FCS members. We aim to give a more detailed summary in coming weeks.
