This month's call featured updates from the Billing Forum, SMF, CFPCG and PSA ILP as well as some important information about the Ombudsman Services, Openreach Consumer Contact Plans and Customer Network Services.
As discussed, FCS will chase up with Openreach on the proposed working group to look at the Business 2+ product description and also try to find out a bit more about the Harmonised Repair product offering and latest costs.
Our next FSP meeting will take place on Tuesday 21st March.
