July's CSP Meeting

July's CSP phone meeting featured discussion about the effectiveness of the Premium Business Helpdesk and a suggestion that smaller CPs have stopped using this to any significant degree. I’d be grateful for feedback from you on your experience of using the service - whether you have stopped and if so why or whether you still use it and, if so, how effective you find it.
