FCS is fully engaged with Ofcom, OTA2, NICC & wider industry on the complex challenge of moving to an All-IP telecoms environment. Our engagement includes ‘One Touch Switching’ (OTS) for fixed voice and broadband service (governance and operational requirements), ‘Central Numbering Database’ (CND), ‘Number Porting’ (NP), ensuring ‘business switching’ is included in strategic industry thinking and championing the requirements of our FCS members business and residential requirements.
