A member of the FCS shall be bound by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Federation of Communication Services Limited (available on request from FCSÂ or from the FCS Website).
A member of the FCS agrees to pay all charges, including the applicable annual subscription fee in a timely manner.
It is the responsibility of the member to advise FCS when changes in turnover move them into a new subscription band.
Membership fees, once paid, are not refundable. NB Members who FCS has agreed may pay by Direct Debit are liable for the full amount of the relevant membership fee.
Membership of the FCS shall be for a minimum of 12 months, regardless of when the member joins.
A member of the FCS agrees to be bound by any decision of the FCS relating to its membership or disciplinary action.
On joining FCS, you will remain a member of the Association until you submit a termination notice to the company secretary as per the FCS articles. You can terminate your membership at any time by giving at least three months’ clear notice to expire on the last day of March, June, September or December in each year.
Your Membership Subscription Amount will be invoiced for the year, in advance on the 1st January and payable in full by 31st January each year.
The Annual Subscription Amount Is non-refundable. Should you wish to end your membership and not renew for the following January, termination notice must be received by 30th September at the latest in any year of membership.
In year cancellation will result in you being removed from the members register and FCS members services on a basis of the three months clear notice to expire on the last day of March, June, September or December in each year. Please note that you will remain liable for that full year’s Subscription Amount, and the following years Subscription Amount, should your termination notice be received between 01st October and 31st December.
