Expert Panel Session on key trends: Experts across the industry, including from Ofcom, BIST and different areas in the supply chain will come together to discuss key trends and give their view on how they see the market developing.
Business Switching: The very latest on Switching for Business (SfB) as it is now branded, including the new Process, the webpage, key issues status documentation, FAQs and the latest industry briefing. Just what CPs and MSPs need to understand about complying with Ofcom Switching regulation.
Contracts: The contracts you have with your customers are important, but so are the contracts you have with your suppliers, and it is important that you comply fully with Ofcom regulation. Our Legal partners Preiskels will take us through the key aspects that CPs/MSPs need to consider to ensure compliance with regulation.
Leadership and Growth: In this session we will be joined by Syndeo, a leading management development provider to briefly look at how you can empower “intrapreneurs” and celebrate leaders within your organisation.
