Registration to attend the Online Meeting

Attendance at this AGM is for members only. We ask that you complete the attached registration form to confirm your attendance to the online meeting and send to lwaggott@fcs.org.uk by close of business on 7th October 2021
Joining instructions for the on-line meeting will be provided to those who have registered to attend on 11th October 2021.

Voting and Proxies

Voting for the motions noted in the agenda will take place prior to the online meeting. Each FCS Member has one vote, we are now asking each member organisation to vote prior to the AGM by submitting Voting and Proxy to lwaggott@fcs.org.uk by mid-day on 12th October 2021.  The Voting and Proxy form will be sent through in due course.
