FCS have attended a series of One Touch Switching (OTS) Working Groups this week, including the process design walkthrough. We have also attended the first in a series of Gaining Provider Led (GPL) Business Switching Process meetings to ensure business switching for our members is carefully thought through and planned correctly.
This is a crucial time in the development of the new process planned to come into force 3rd April 2023 and we will cover the detail in our monthly CSP members meeting slides and put the notes of working groups that FCS attend on our website.
We will also be sending a date out for our next OTS business focused FCS members Steering Group Meeting to share latest updates and capture your input and feedback.
