FCS has responded to an Ofcom consultation on some proposed changes to terminology in the General Conditions, the UK Numbering Plan and the Metering and Billing Direction associated with UK adoption of the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC). FCS supported the proposed changes which will not have any material impact on the relevant regulation. FCS also took the opportunity to highlight a concern about defined terms and the scope of the regulation on VoIP services and access to the emergency services in General Condition A3.
