BEIS have launched a consultation on Mandatory Notification under the National Security and Investment Bill.

Obviously, this relates to topics that members will consider extremely commercially confidential. It is therefore assumed that there is no role for the FCS in relation to this consultation.

This Briefing Note is therefore to ensure that members are aware of the consultation and to provide a copy of the basic document.

The closing date is 6^th January.
