FCS Announces Martin White as New CSP Co-Chair

FCS is delighted to announce that Martin White, All IP and Inbound Product Manager at Digital Wholesale Solutions (DWS), has joined FCS as the new CSP Co-Chair.

Martin who has worked at DWS, and historically as part of the Daisy Group, for 11 years, will join Ben Attenborrow, Senior Communications Specialist at Sempervox, to share his insight and experience in the monthly online meeting which is usually held on the last Wednesday of every month.

Starting his career at Daisy Group in Retail Billing, Martin’s initial responsibility was to complete small bill run cycles and print all the invoices out for its customers before transitioning over to what was Daisy Wholesale Managed Billing. Within this role, Martin dealt with a set Partner base, conducting their Bill Runs and carrying out Partner demonstrations of the Billing Platform. From there he moved over to Retail Provisioning where he dealt with line and broadband orders for the Indirect Partner base and the large corporate customer base. He was then headhunted into a Procurement role where he dealt with large asset migrations saving the company £500K per annum by decommissioning legacy and outdated services that were no longer required. Whilst in the Procurement Department Martin started studying for Level 4 CIPS qualification becoming certified earlier this year. For the past couple of years Martin has been working within the Product Department as Inbound and Voice Product Manager before a recent change to All-IP And Inbound Product Manager.

Martin now collates all of the documentation available in relation to The Great Switch Off, is responsible for one of DWS’ IP Voice replacement solutions, and is a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Team.

Outside work, Martin is a father of one, a Green Belt in Traditional Jujitsu, and is also Co-Editor in Chief for Rock Out Stand Out who not only promote the latest in rock and heavy metal but also promote Mental Health Awareness.

Megan Corcoran, FCS Head of Industry Liaison, welcomed Martin as an FCS industry expert adding,

“Martin provides the perfect complement to Ben as co-chair for the monthly CSP meeting bringing a wealth of up-to-date knowledge and experience in All-IP and the Great Switch Off. We look forward to his first meeting as co-chair on Wednesday 25th January.”

Information about the event will be sent to all FCS CSP members in the first week of January.
